These are 14 page collaged zines exploring in poetry and cut and paste imagery, magic and mystery!

These zines were a challenge to see if I could find words and phrases that enhanced and added a new dimension to the collages.

Each collage was made first, the idea was to make them quickly and using only original papers, then came the challenge to find the text to bring something new to the collages, to give the assembled imagery a deeper 'voice'.

Zines are fun to make and are collectable little art form that was popular in the 70's and now experiencing a revival.

Made by cutting and pasting imagery onto card, from old novels, selective periodicals and then it's printed and hand finished.
